Is there a consultation fee?
Please confirm consultation fees with the office before your visit. This website does not promise a free consultation.
What should I have ready?
A general description of your concern and any important dates is a helpful starting point. Ask the office which documents to bring and how to share them appropriately.
Can I discuss options besides bankruptcy?
Yes. Jim offers consultations about alternatives to bankruptcy and how the available options may affect your finances, property, credit, and future. Representation in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings is also available, subject to review of your matter.
Where is the office?
The office is at 112 South Main Street, Roxboro, North Carolina 27573. Published office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please call before visiting.
Does contacting the office make me a client?
Not by itself. The attorney must agree to the representation, and the scope and terms must be confirmed. Do not send confidential information until the office tells you how to proceed.
